Check any surgery cost for a PE backed hospital against a normal hospital. They’re are leeches who only look for profits. Talk some sense

What are global investors seeing in India's Hospitals & Schools that we aren't?
Novo Holdings, Singapore's GIC and Axight are reportedly looking to invest in Hyderabad's AIG Hospitals at a valuation of nearly ₹24,000 Cr!
The numbers are interesting:
→ ₹5,000 Cr reported valuation in 2021
→ ₹24,000 Cr valuation being discussed now
→ Founders looking to sell 10–12% stake ~₹2,200 Cr
→ 1,400+ hospital beds in Hyderabad
→ ₹2,000 Cr planned expansion in Vizag
That's nearly 5x the earlier reported valuation!
My take: As Indian cities are growing, so will the demand for better healthcare and education.
We keep talking about building more homes, but what about the hospitals and schools these growing communities need?
Maybe that's where India's next big opportunity lies!

🚨 INDONESIA'S STOCK MARKET IS ON THE BRINK OF DISASTER
MSCI has warned that Indonesia's stock market may no longer qualify for its global indexes due to concerns about suspicious trading, possible stock manipulation and poor transparency.
The announcement triggered a massive selloff, with Indonesian stocks plunging as much as 11.5%, their biggest daily crash since 1998.
The damage is already huge.
• The stock market has crashed more than 30% this year.
• Foreign investors have pulled out nearly $5 BILLION.
• The rupiah has weakened past 18,000 per U.S. dollar.
MSCI is now considering removing Indonesia from both emerging and frontier market indexes.
If that happens, major global funds tracking these indexes could be forced to sell Indonesian stocks, triggering another wave of selling.
With billions already leaving the country, Indonesia could face even more pressure on its stock market and currency.

Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore have plenty of places which serves class tandoori chicken with garlic naan alongside authentic very diverse pan india & international cuisine. Many places in Delhi are overhyped and mid. It is just a nostalgia trip for north india crowd nothing else.
Rumali roti with tandoori chicken/gulouti kabab or garlic naan with rara chicken from a punjabi restaurant. Bombay Bangalore my bros you could never freaking ever man!!!!

I don’t agree with Gurgaon more competitive than Mumbai, but Bangalore certainly raced ahead of Mumbai in terms of jobs generation & affordable housing at same time.
MMR is killing its attractiveness as a job hub by not thinking beyond traditional business districts in BMC limits. It’s over guys, stop hyping BMC, Worli & western suburbs as a job hubs. They’re too expensive to be considered by MNC’s for large scale leasing.
Bangalore & developers lobby there played very smart by building affordable quality office parks in newer localities of Sarjapur, North Bengaluru and so on whenever they felt that rentals are becoming expensive.
Bangalore has done mind boggling level of office leasing in last 10 years by inventing & investing in new business districts. MMR simply didn’t move beyond BMC.
Infuse office supply in Navi Mumbai & beyond along with affordable housing otherwise city will keep loosing more n more business to other cities.
Even Pune did well in diversifying business districts in all directions of city by keeping it attractive alongside affordable housing

For the last four months, since the start of the academic year, teachers and headmasters across govt schools in #Maharashtra have been paying from their own pockets to keep their mid-day meal programmes running. The schools, officials said, were hit by a delay in the disbursal of the PM Poshan fund, a central scheme that sponsors the meals. Even the cooks haven’t been paid salaries, teachers told TOI.
