We are thrilled to see the courts make the correct decision here.
Families should be in the drivers seat of their children’s education.
The results make clear that Arizonans will not be led astray by out-of-state unions that would see AZ kids trapped in failing public schools rather than thriving in a school of their family’s choice.
Arizona’s ESA program serves more than 100,000 students, and that number will continue to grow.
No child should be trapped in a failing public school. In Arizona, We TRUST parents—not government unions—to make the best decisions for their children.

Very troubling, but not surprising. These out of state unions think so little of AZ parents that they’re even willing to hire criminals to strip parents of the right to spend their tax dollars on the education they think is best for their kids. Shameful.
School choice is under assault in Arizona, but the teachers union's effort might fail because they relied on felons convicted of heinous crimes—including manslaughter, kidnapping, human trafficking & sexual abuse of a minor—to do their dirty work. 🧵

Arizona made a promise to military families. We should keep it.
The Military Families College Savings & Scholarship Protection Act will let voters protect scholarship funds for the children of active-duty service members, veterans, and those killed in the line of duty.
Military families aren't a political piggy bank. A promise made should be a promise kept.

NEW: The non-partisan @CSInstituteAZ is out with a new report on how a proposed ballot initiative will severely limit many Arizona kids from education access.
Over 400,000 kids will lose access overnight — that number will eventually rise to 800,000 over time.
CSI Arizona’s latest 2026 Ballot Guide report finds the proposed ESA income cap could immediately affect thousands of Arizona families.
The analysis estimates that about 20,300 current universal ESA families would immediately lose Universal eligibility if the Act passes, with even more families gradually excluded over time as household incomes grow faster than the cap adjustment. Over half of families would be ineligible by 2045.
