Two of our co-founders, Rob Meyerson and Indra Hornsby, welcomed Dave Cavossa, President of the @csf_space, to the Interlune Seattle headquarters yesterday.
We showed Dave the hardware we’re developing that supports the Moon Base program. These autonomous systems are fundamental to extracting resources, building infrastructure, and supporting NASA and commercial lunar missions.

High-fidelity hardware testing demands high-fidelity materials, especially when that hardware is headed to the Moon. 🌕
Interlune just created a Moon dirt (regolith) simulant that matches Apollo samples, compressing ~15,000 years of solar-wind helium implantation into just 4 hours.
That means better testing on Earth and higher confidence that our hardware will work on the Moon.
