For anyone impacted during the outage this morning. Platform issues are never welcomed, but shoutout to the team at Topstep resolving it
Hi traders, if you were impacted during today’s outage, here’s what we’re doing to make it right:
-Lost money on open trades? Erased. We’re wiping those losses from your account.
-Position reversed? Some trades reversed into an opposite “ghost” position in an attempt to flatten you. These are erased completely, whether they won or lost.
-Got flagged for hedging violations today? All violations are removed.
-Account violated due to the Maximum Loss Limit? We are reactivating any account closed due to an incorrect rule violation, with negative trades from the outage removed.
-Made a profit on open trades? You keep those gains. We aren't touching them.

@ItsJayCook I got the idea from your stream when you spoke about your mentor telling you to take the cash out. I’ve always kind of felt this way thus the idea for the account small can’t hurt the company but it’ll help the new traders. Realize that this is actually spendable cash

Black Monday?

Monday could be a bloodbath for the stock market.
Likely temporary until the messaging & vision gets cleared up about super intelligence.
Most likely the White House will get involved with messaging to ease the over reaction.
But Monday could get very nasty.

Most impressive part of this to me? In the 19 days,
there was a 6 day losing streak.
Too many traders focus on the speed of getting to the goal, When the focus should be how we get there.
