No, it's not the laws that are stopping Canadians from buying Americans. It's Canadian freedom that is. In Alberta, where no ban exists, imports down nearly 50%.

It gives the Americans one fewer thing to gripe about, since it’s no longer government interference, it’s just the free market at work. It’s also a far more powerful symbolic gesture when it’s on the shelf and Canadians on mass refuse to buy it vs not on the shelf at all.

The @MLB really needs to fix their #Postseason format. It’s ridiculous that the top-seeded @BlueJays will wind up with a significantly more difficult #ALDS opponent than the 2nd seed Mariners. The top seed should face the lowest remaining seed after the #Wildcard round.
