A little hint on something I am currently reworking for a script for the Marvel Universe. It’s going pretty well, hopefully I’ll have something to share with everyone soon.

#Wildwood is Amazing. The fact this was done by hand is just one of the most incredible feats of artistry in filmmaking I’ve ever seen. The story is great, the performances are great, it’s epic in scope. It truly is an exceptional piece of filmmaking. There is dynamic emotional range, jump scares, soaring landscapes, battles breaveheart style battles, depth and humor cinematic heartfelt emotions and a loving attention to detail that really is unmatched. This is a film that deserves to be seen in theaters. A TV at home isn’t going to do this justice. This is special. There are those films that you remember as kid that inspired a sense of wonder; a sense of adventure, and this is one of those films. It’s about family; a love letter to the Pacific Northwest, and what it means to be responsible, dedicated, and knowing when to never give up; and when to let go; and even when to keep holding on. One of my favorite films of the year and definitely one of the greatest stop motion films ever made. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ll see how things go, but right now the #boxoffice Domestic numbers are still on pace for around 2011 type numbers. 2026 is currently on pace to finish 10.190 Billion. There are still several films which may tip the needle towards one of the best years ever. Avengers Doomsday Dune Pt. 3 Werwulf Wildwood Clayface Godzilla Minus Zero The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping Jumanji Open World Angry Birds Movie Ray Gunn All will have to do their part to finish the year strong.

Let me know when the documentary drops on A24 primary investors Josh Kushner - Jared Kushner’s Brother Len Blavatnik - Media mogul who ran cover for Netanyahu and is mentioned in his corruption case. When is that documentary coming out? @A24 Can we see everything? Or are we just interested in Vague Slop rehashing some Elizabeth Holmes bullshit and her husband to distract people? Let me know when that documentary drops. Until then I don’t care anymore about your studio. It’s for idiots.

Okay so as far as @A24 vague slop “documentary” You Can See Everything This is shitty filmmaking. It’s just garbage, it’s not some “great film” it’s not some “Oscar worthy” piece of art. It’s vague shit with more vague shit presented as real shit. It’s for idiots. Elizabeth Holmes is manipulator, so is Billy, so is Nathan Fielder, so is Lance Oppenheim so is Amanda Seyfried. They are all liars. Everybody trying to make money on deception. It’s not a “documentary”. A documentary is like Planet Earth. Or just regular journalism. “No re-enactments” no chasing notorious people for notoriety. No “rehearsals” All of this is garbage for very stupid people. And A24 is trying to make money on it, Nathan Fielder is trying to make money on it, Lance Oppenheim is trying to make money on it and yes Billy/Elizabeth is trying to make money on it, and Amanda Seyfriend is too. They are all trash scammers trying to prey on deception for cash. It doesn’t matter if it’s the audience, or investors, or each other. They are all shit so don’t contribute your money to them or your time and attention. It’s a waste of your life and resources. And people are out there trying to debate if this dog shit is the Mona Lisa or the Mona Lisa is dog shit. It’s still dog shit for very stupid people. It stinks. This is like the Kardashians for idiots that want to feel smart but are so stupid they can’t admit it to themselves. Let’s show how exploitive the media can be by making a “documentary” about exploitive people. And then, we’ll bring in the actress who exploited them for profit, and we’ll try to make a profit too and they will want some of that profit…. And the idiot audiences will think it’s brilliant. It’s not whose on first… It’s the underpants gnomes where Phase 2 is really “shovel some vague shit at the audience who are too stupid to realize they are paying for vague shit.” Phase 3: Profit. I’m sick of this stuff. It’s a waste of time and I can’t entertain, respect, or accommodate this garbage anymore.

And I’ll add this final point. Deception requires two people. The deceiver and the deceived. You as the audience, or as an investor can’t be deceived unless you participate. So don’t. Don’t give this film money, or your time, or Holmes/Billy spend your time and money on real constructive positive things for yourself and art that isn’t trying to take advantage of you by trying to pretend it’s any different from the people that it is taking advantage of including you the audience.

Okay #StreetFighter #StreetFighterMovie fans I saw it and here’s the verdict… It’s great for Street Fighter. If you are a fan of the games you will like this movie. It’s definitely the best fighting game adaptation I’ve ever seen and I think a lot of credit goes to the cast. It’s great blend of having fun and being cheesy with nostalgia but also delivering sincere performances when it matters. If you love the street fighter games you will like this. It’s fun.

I don't think many of you understand just how much of a champion Steven Soderbergh is for other filmmakers. One of the most notable examples was when he helped Christopher Nolan secure distribution for Memento. As one of the most resourceful, effective, and versatile filmmakers working today, Soderbergh has consistently used his influence and experience to support fellow directors. The fact that he personally offered Reeves to help finish this film only reinforces how much he cares about the filmmaking community. The film is in good hands.
DC Studios’ statement on Steven Soderbergh helping Matt Reeves finish filming ‘THE BATMAN: PART 2’: “As Matt Reeves continues to attend to an ongoing family matter, Steven Soderbergh, as an admirer of Matt’s work, approached Matt and will step in, with the full support of DC Studios, to help the writer-director complete the final weeks of principal photography on The Batman Part 2. Matt and Steven will work closely together with the actors and crew to fulfill Matt’s vision of the film.” (deadline.com/2026/10/steven-…)

Just to be clear, I am not leaving The Batman Part II. I am profoundly grateful to Steven for coming to my aid during this challenging time to help me finish principal photography. Thank you to all for your concern and well wishes. 🦇

Will be watching it today. We’ll see… “everything” I guess.
Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim's buzzy Elizabeth Holmes documentary “You Can See Everything” is aiming for a strong $7 million to $8 million debut from just 800 locations this weekend. variety.com/2026/film/box-of…

People apparently have trouble reading cursive.
Angelina Jolie left a handwritten thank you note for hotel staff while filming ‘Maria’ in Greece, and the internet is struggling to figure out what it says. The note has resurfaced and racked up millions of views, with people trying to decipher every word. [H/T: lolita]

The images appear to be AI-upscaled or altered versions of the original note shared by the hotel. The note reads: "Thank you for a restful stay at your beautiful resort. The “Maria” cast had a lovely time here. With love, Angelina Jolie." greekcitytimes.com/2023/10/25/ang… buzzfeed.com/ellendurney/an… x.com/wirelyss/statu

I’m going to give Greta Gerwig the benefit of the doubt. She’s a very gifted visual storyteller, but C.S. Lewis is very different from Barbie. If she makes thematic changes or alters it where it loses the spirit of the books people will be really annoyed about it in a very vicious way. You can make changes, but if you change the spirit of the work / characters people will not be kind and this is a work that involves people’s faith so it’s especially a fine line between honor and blasphemy. I hope she threads that needle appropriately.

You don’t say 😂 @JamesGunn I’m not saying they are gonna do this, but I have a feeling it will go in this direction…
James Gunn teases that they’re open to doing a ‘BATMAN BEYOND’ film in the future. “I love Batman Beyond. So that's a great thing for the future. And I think that's something that originated in animation that could be a good movie.” (Source: Hola!USA/IG)

How I know this guy is a pathological liar is in his generic complaints he said “the pacing drags”. The cut of Clayface is 1 hour and 48 minutes long. It’s not even two hours. It’s 108 minutes total runtime. It’s just about 10 minutes longer than Cragger’s Resident Evil. It moves fast.
Just saw Clayface at an early screening, and I’m pretty disappointed. The biggest problem is that it mistakes gore for actual horror. The pacing drags, the character drama feels forced, and the third act completely falls apart. James Gunn is now 0/4. #clayface #DC #JamesGunn

😳 Kelly Clarkson Bird Feud: Art of Play co-owner says employees are getting threats. "Kelly Clarkson has put us all in danger."

That’s what I’ve been telling people. Clayface will be the best DCU release this year. It should do really well.
DC's #Clayface is being called “freakishly awesome” and “everything you want from a villain-led movie” in strong first reactions: "It’s hard R and loaded with brutal scenes... Audience freaked out a few times..." variety.com/2026/film/news/c…

I had been holding off on posting my thoughts until the interview was released. Director Iñárritu’s “DIGGER” is a film that all of us living in today’s world should see. It is a work that remains with the audience, provoking reflection and sounding alarms. As you absorb this film and carry it with you, a “tool (a digger)” for delving deeper into the future will surely begin to take shape within you. This is a film that will stay by your side for years to come.
