I can tell you for free:
The older generation (35 and above) have better game than you do.
Those of you below 35 are weaker, less masculine and not as shrewd.
And that's why we have more shameless women from your generation.
Prostitutes used to hide in the dark, and they were much older women.
Some of them in their late 30s and 40s.
Most of them were single mothers.
Today, you cannot even beat your chest to say that your young 25 year old girlfriend may not be a prostitute.
Your generation failed the lineage of men.
And I am not sorry say that.

I am currently looking for 35–40 acres, preferably along the Fort Portal road around Mubende, Kyegegwa, Kyenjojo, Fort Portal or some parts of Buyoro. I am also open to the Busoga sub-region if the land makes sense.
My budget is UGX 5M–6M per acre.
The land should be accessible and suitable for coffee farming. I am not looking for land just because it is cheap. I need land where we can actually establish a serious coffee farm.
So if you have 35–40 acres within that price range or you know someone who does, let’s talk.
But if your land is above UGX 6M per acre, please don’t waste your time sending it to me. The budget is clear.

I am glad this post is coming from a woman.
It's the hard truth to swallow for women but the truth.
Your man tells you he is not planning on having kids or getting married anytime soon because he is still sorting out his life.
He tells you he wants to get his second degree, a proper house, and a bigger car first.
You sit there smiling with just a birth certificate, thinking you will be the wife?
With the little he has, you ask for Brazilian hair ,bags and Clinique products.
He goes to work and goes straight to class after work.
He leaves you in your pyjamas and comes back to find you in the same pyjamas.
While he studies, you watch all the Netflix, Amazon prime videos, Korean dramas ,Telemundo, telenovelas, Zee World, etc.
He comes back home to rice and chicken in the microwave, the house clean, and his clothes ironed.
The only serious conversation you have is about the type of groceries you need.
The only advice you give him is, “Babe, you need to buy new underwear and socks. The ones you bought last time are torn.”
Nothing intelligent comes out of your mouth.
No plans to make your own life better.
Yes, you are pretty. No doubt about that. But so is every second girl your man passes by.

That's as per my opinion.
Because as with my late father's will, he made sure that my mother remains in her home and earn from some properties until her life is done.
It was upon my mom to decide not to earn from them and leave the properties to my other siblings.
She said, " it will give her more peace".
Some of you young men that like to take undue advantage of a woman's kindness will later learn some lessons.
