"I just woke up in the middle of night and something told me to forgive my self."
Remember kid, heroes get remembered but legends never die.

Too bad that didn’t feel like a rivalry… would’ve been a great win

🚨OU FANS🚨 Let’s try something.
When Mateer runs out for the first offensive possession, Sooner Nation needs to LOSE THEIR MINDS. Give the kid a standing O. Nothing gives a QB confidence like knowing the fans are behind him. It’s worth a shot if we want to beat Texas

Its hard to explain that feeling of waking up sore from your HS football game the night before, coming downstairs to the living room hearing college game day in the background and the smell of fresh pancakes being made.
Knowing for the entire day you have nothing planned but sitting in front of that TV, watching football, and feeding yourself whatever your mom decides to cook up that day.
If you didn’t live it, it’s hard to explain!

This is My Coach. There are many like him, but this one is mine #WreckEm
Joey McGuire shares his initial reaction upon hearing Steve Sarkisian's comments about #TexasTech last week:
"I said there's no way they're talking about us... because Sark's a pretty tough guy... I would think if he was talking about us, he'd call us out."
"They can come to Lubbock... and we can figure out if their 2's and 3's can win this conference."

I legitimately have no idea what the NCAA is thinking regarding Owen Heinecke’s eligibility
The more you learn about the story the angrier you get
UPDATE @OU_Football fans: NCAA has denied Owen Heinecke's petition for another year at OU. When other players are being granted 7th and 8th years of football, CFB governing body has ruled Owen won't get a 4th year. Evidently, this walk-on's three games of lacrosse at Ohio State in 2021 couldn't be reconciled.
There will be an appeal.
If that appeal is denied, one lucky NFL team is going to get a stud two-contract player and an even better human being.
Love everything you're about, Owen.
You stand for everything that is pure and great about college football, @HeineckeOwen! 🤝🫡

Just so you know, the amount of time it took me to drive from my home to NCAA HQ (15 min) is the same amount of time Owen spent playing Lacrosse at Ohio State and is the reason he’s being denied a 4th year of Football
Shame on you @NCAA

This dude recorded a tackle against Justin Fields in college, yet Owen Heineke is still waiting to hear about whether or not he can get a year back for EITHER of the following years:
-15 game minutes of lacrosse
and/or
-missing an entire season due to injury

BV IS the right guy for the job but “The Middle 8” is what he preaches and in the 3 OU losses this season this is how we faired in the middle 8 (and change):
Texas: -10 w/ Interception
Ole Miss: -4 w/ Turnover
Alabama: -17 w/ pick six
Hell of a season, but gotta be better.
