Dear friends,
We have received your inquiries about our cooperation with Richard Woodruff
@frontlinekit.
Transparency is one of our core values, so we want to speak to you directly about our work with him.
What did we purchase from ะะพะฒะบัะปะฐะบะฐ ะะะะ (now RUF Industries)?
1. In February 2025, we purchased 100 FPVs for the 2nd Special Purpose Battalion of the Azov Brigade, at a total cost of $35,086. Five drones were additionally provided by Richard.
2. In SeptemberโOctober 2025, we purchased 140 FPVs for the 25th Airborne "Sicheslav" Brigade, at a total cost of $61,422.
3. In December, 120 FPVs for the 429th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Systems "ACHILLES", valued at $91,167.
4. For our ongoing "Power Up the Legends" project, we purchased 8 Starlink-flyers for $15,466. These are currently in production and will be delivered once ready.
5. We also purchased 16 FPVs for various brigades outside of specific projects, totalling $13,067.
Procurements we make with your donations, including the ones mentioned above, are covered by signed contracts that set delivery deadlines, terms, each party's obligations, product specifications, quality warranties, and penalties for non-performance. We're accountable for the money you give us, so every agreement is reviewed and approved by our lawyers. Everything he has received so far has arrived on schedule, and we have had no quality issues.
How we work
Our sequence is always the same: a request from the military, then fundraising, then procurement, then delivery and reporting.
Each of the purchases above began with a specific request from the unit itself. Drones were priced below market value, with full documentation, and delivered with all required paperwork. The brigades gave positive feedback on quality โ that feedback from pilots on the ground is why the collaboration continued.
As a foundation, we work with companies registered as LLCs. We purchase equipment from many different manufacturers that operate this way. It's the standard legal structure for production.
Our Transparency
Dzyga's Paw publishes every donation and every expense โ including each parcel delivered, delivery costs, and the operational costs required to keep this system running. You can review all of it here:

We understand the questions the community is raising, and we think they're legitimate. Every charity fund should be able to answer questions about its spending and reporting. That scrutiny is how trust gets built and maintained.
The war hasn't stopped, and supporting the Ukrainian Army remains critical. Donate to charities you trust. Support volunteers and soldiers you know personally.
If you have further questions, we're here to answer them.
