All of them running the country with high ranks officers under them. Now in order for Luffy to achive his dream, he needs to bring down all these powerful assholes and erasing the current governmental system entirely . Because they are the opposite of TRUE FREEDOM, such as Free to choose other suitable government on each country/island can be a good starter. 2. Onepiece is all about friendship and adventures. Kinda hard to make friends and enjoy the adventure when all you do is protesting for things they don't go your way. The pirates definitely don't spend time on protesting nonesense shit like that or ploting on murdering politcal opponents. Unless you are on the side of the World Government or other blood thristy warlords like Kaido or Big mom the yonkos, those whom only exist conquerer territories and enslave the habitants of the nations they subjucate, somewhat similar to the islamic terrorists you leftist love supporting. Onepiece is about being a better version of youself. Each arc we explore the developments of each Straw Hats characters and side characters. A development of which should progressing your skills, philosophy and way of life. Not spending years, raging, complaining about social issues that have existed for hundreds of years. What makes your think you are any smarter than the previous generations of people that WERE in the exact same situation as you are ? Maybe the solution of that is MOVE THE FUCK ON than staying stagnated on social issues that YOU clearly have no idea how to fix. Again, you won't be a better version of youself if all you do is echoing of what you have heard from your friends or from your favorite streamer. Use your brain and try coming up solutions to problems than echoing what other in your circle had said. If you don't know solutions to things, be open minded and start listening.
