I truthfully don’t know how much leverage Jalen Hurts has in this situation.
The Eagles medical staff should’ve never let him play, that is something that cannot be argued.
In the same breath, I’m sure he was made aware of the potential dangers of playing in that game and I’m sure he wanted to push through it given his competitive nature.
It’s hard to speculate exactly what can be done legally without knowing the conversations that were had before the game, but assuming Jalen willingly stepped foot onto that field, I feel like he lost a lot of leverage and I don’t think Jalen’s team is doing him favors by exposing what he went through 36 hours before the game.
I don’t think that stops the NFL from coming down on the Eagles organization. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some sort of heavy punishment for this debacle.
