Trump has been President 6 of the last 10 years.
And he has accomplished so much that we are literally one midterm away from the Left running America forever.
I think this take is absurd (Mississippi lmfao), but one thing that is true is the people who think "not voting" is a solution are basically giving the country permanently to the left. You will never get the Senate back until 2032 at the earliest, and it's likely if this happens that 2028 is not going to go our way either. Which means you may never get it back given the incoming influx of 4 (or more) Democrat Senators on top of that.
So how is any authentically right wing who is "MORE BASED" than Trump going to win in a country with 60 million plus new voters in the electorate who will vote left at a 2:1 margin? Particularly why checking out of the system is suicide, regardless of any legitimate criticisms of the GOP (which are much less in number than they were 10 years ago, but will grow significantly if we lose, because again, they don't learn lessons)

I hate being a downer but it’s hard for me to come up with any compelling reason, outside of fear mongering on culture war issues, to tell young people or anyone undecided to show up and vote Republican this year.
We lost our status as the anti-endless-war party. People can’t afford to live. Many good people in the admin have been kneecapped, fired, or left.
We are now the party of the Iran War and White House renovations.
Some good stuff has been done, but it hasn’t translated into a meaningful enough change in people’s day to day lives.
To top it all off, the only fresh candidate on our ballot here is….Darline Graham.
I won’t be disingenuous and try to push them to vote Republican when I myself don’t even currently have a good reason to vote Republican, and that’s a huge problem.
This gets to the politics of the Iran war. There were other structural issues driving up costs, the dollar is falling, the fraud, on and on. That’s why the timing of the war was catastrophic. Needed to wait.

For example, it's why the GOP would spend $100 million trying to keep Cornyn and block Paxton in Texas.
And why they actually want Paxton to lose.

Another reason growing up in the 80s and 90s was better.
Our only choices were people who lived near us, went to school with us, or the occasional person who lived far away introduced through a mutual.
Boomer take maybe, but unlimited choices on an app is not a net positive.

If Republicans win in the midterms, they don't need the independents, libertarians, Gen Z men, and Panicans.
If they get blown out, then the concerns and demands of those people must be addressed to earn their vote to win in 2028.
They become the most powerful voting block.

Wrong.
The only way to make room for the new GOP that's actually American First is for the current GOP to get blown out in 2026 so a true alternative can rise from the ashes in 2028.
If they win in 2026 they will take that as a sign they are doing great and can always count on our vote.
There's perhaps a few reasons to be critical, but it's entirely clear at this point that the old guard GOP is running an op to throw the midterm to the Democrats in an effort to put a stake through the heart of MAGA and populism generally.
Don't buy it. There's a new GOP that fights to win rising. Vote red and give them a chance to finish cleaning house.
