Crazy to think voting has already begun. National deadline to send out to overseas voters is tomorrow.
The UOCAVA ballot mailing deadline is tomorrow, but in some counties, like Pinal, UOCAVA ballots are sent out earlier to give military and overseas voters as much time as possible to receive and return them.
In fact, Over 30 Pinal voters have already returned their ballots!

To come up with its 14,000 noncitizen voters number in PA, DHS included people even if they matched with immigrant info only on name and DOB, but didn't match on address and phone #.
DHS now asking PA for the socials/ID info for all 14,000. h/t @ByCarterWalker
When @DHSgov first told Pennsylvania about the potential noncitizen registered voters in July, it told @PAStateDept that Social Security numbers had been used in some of the matches. But the Sept. 9 email said that DHS had not used “federal enumerators” like SSN. I asked DHS
