Finally tried out @hiunicornstudio and here's a quick tutorial on how to create this glitchy futuristic image reveal component 🧵
Thanks @yiannifive for the breakdown, @itsoffbrand for the original work they did for @LandoNorris, and @soulegit for creating an amazing tool!

Here's my submission for the config make-a-thon! I wanted to highlight San Francisco and create something that is fun and also pokes fun at the ridiculousness of this place. Hope you enjoy!

One trend I’m hoping will die is founders saying they’re the first to do something when they clearly aren’t
The biggest reason this is so effective is that no one has done this in SF. We're the first. Aerial advertising exists in places like Miami Beach, but I've never seen it in San Francisco. There will be others that start now because of us, but people will still think of Monaco when they see a new company advertising because we started the trend. In order to go viral with paid advertising, you have to try something new. Take risk. Be creative. Otherwise you're paying a premium just to be like everyone else with a billboard on a highway.

I met someone that consumes copious amounts of AI generated period dramas
I guess some people really love the AI slop

If you try to shill something to someone in their dms you should at least follow them first
Low effort bot behavior

Got to check out this historic barn that @soleio meticulously rebuilt. So nice to see this period of the US preserved so beautifully

Just grabbed a ticket to this. Would love to help make this a trend
I rented out a 250-seat theatre in SF to screen one of the best movies ever:
3 Idiots.
It's a beautiful film set in India about 3 friends trying to figure out wtf to do with their lives.
If you're in a rut, need some inspo, or just want a laugh, come watch.
Tickets below.

I want to go to more events like this in SF
Chai and Samosas hosted by @forwarddeploy
Amazing food and a small enough group where you can meet almost everyone
