Turns out that dropping rates to almost zero & paying everyone to stay in their homes was a really bad idea. The Covid lockdowns were one of the worst decisions in history and everyone is gonna pay now. We are closing in on 6.5% for a 5 year fixed soon. #mortgage #RealEstate
