But Zelenskyy says Ukraine went THREE DAYS without U.S. intelligence warning of incoming Russian ballistic missiles.
He says the warnings were later restored.
Rubio denies any interruption.
The distinction matters: General intelligence-sharing can continue while specific missile warnings are unavailable.
