She was part of the ticket that beat Trump the last time and unlike her former VP counterpart, who won’t endorse the monster he ran with, her running mate never said “so what” when a rabid mob HE sent wanted to hang her. In the four years she’s served with Joe Biden, she’s helped get us bipartisan infrastructure legislation, helped lower prescription drug prices, helped lower unemployment, and helped address gun violence, all while helping to create millions of jobs, helping steer us through the Covid recovery and helping manage the economy so well we are stronger post-pandemic than nearly all of our peer nations. She talks about joy, about hope, about opportunity, about moving forward, about coming together. And she’s never once called the Jan 6th attackers “hostages”, never once mentioned refusing to accept the results of the election, never once said our country was a “garbage can for the world”, never once marveled at the “good” Hitler did or mused about arresting and shooting her rivals. No one who has worked with her has called her a “fascist to the bone” or sounded the alarm that she was dangerously unfit. So, this is the choice before us. These are the stakes… Sliding backwards or forging ahead? Decency or depravity? Kindness or cruelty? Freedom or oppression? Democracy or a despot? Which do you choose?
