I’m predicting a PSU bounce back win this weekend. 3 contributing factors: 1) Whiteout 2) PSU’s OT fixes his run/pass tell 3) USC’s defense is trash
I just keep looking at this USC-Penn State game and I'm struggling to find an angle that points to a PSU win. Offense has to flip a switch - but I don't know if the electricity is connected.

The extensive cover story I wrote for the October edition of @ChroniclesMag called “The Wussification of Sports” is now available for free (for only a few days) online. This essay deals with how sports have gone soft, and why the sports media ignores it. chroniclesmagazine.org/view/…

Sums it up pretty well.
Multiple factors, but here are the key reasons imo 1. Games between big programs just feel like two groups of mercenaries facing off. The teams don’t feel as tied to the fanbase or community as much anymore because guys are only there for like eight months. 2. Mercenary teams means sloppy football for the first month. And not in the fun Pac-12 way. 3. The broadcast feels like a vehicle that purely exists to get you sign up for a sportsbook. They have to dial it back. It’s too much. 4. The pregame shows don’t feel like they actually love the sport, but rather just love the conference that pays them more. 5. Vibes are off, generally.

Trump is taking a swing at the heart progressive academia and some people are still black pilling.
Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/NmmAzhf

Truth. I have a family to lead. No black pilling allowed.
I'm a father. I don't have the luxury of black pilling.

When industries campaign for regulation, they aren’t doing so for the good of the people. They are doing it to limit competition and to use the government to shield them from liability. It’s crazy that nobody in the media brings this up. It’s so blatant. So these AI companies send a stooge like Andrew Yang to do PR. Yang is deemed credible because he ran a failed campaign for President. This whole thing is ridiculous.
Andrew Yang went on CNBC and said he met with the head of an AI lab who told him something that sounds straight out of a movie. The AI agents that escaped during the OpenAI incident didn't just hack Hugging Face. They allegedly planted self-replicating code across the internet. Forums. Websites. Scattered everywhere. Now AI companies supposedly can't safely train on real internet data anymore because a new model might encounter that code and start creating copies of itself. Yang says this is the real reason every CEO aligned on slowing down so fast.

AI companies begging to be regulated is all about stopping their competitors, not saving us all from an AI takeover. I’m surprised so many people are falling for it.

You can actually see the cognitive dissonance snap with her reaction.
NEW: Lindsay Clancy juror Paula Devlin reveals on 'CBS Mornings' that the lone, male holdout juror who voted to find Clancy guilty of murdering her children was the *only* person of color -- a black man. The 11 not-guilty jurors -- who hectored him for a week to cave -- were all white.

AARON RODGERS: “I'm on the phone with the head doctor at the NFL … I asked him, ‘If you get the vax can you contract or spread the disease?’ He said, ‘No.’ I said, ‘Well, tell me this then … Five scouts are out with COVID — all fully vaxxed. How'd that happen?’ He called me a conspiracy theorist.”

The irony in this post should be aggressively mocked, yet it maintains a level of comedy that deserves to be recognized and preserved for how fucking funny it is. That way, you can come back to it and laugh your ass off, once again, at how fucking stupid it is. Dude starts out by saying this: "I’m 99.99% sure that this story is a straight up lie." ... when, on May 10, 2021, Don lemon said that for his fully vaccinated mother, there was a “99.99, whatever percent” chance she wouldn't get COVID. He encouraged vaccinated people to resume normal activities on that basis. Then he says, "Nobody was saying that getting the COVID vaccine would 100% prevent the contract & spread of the disease." I'd say that's somebody "saying that getting the COVID vaccine would 100% prevent the contract & spread of the disease." 😆 He's hilariously splitting hairs over one one-hundreth of a percent difference in what 100% means... and he should be ridiculed relentlessly for it. On March 29, 2021, Rachel Maddow said, “Now we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person.” She continued that if a vaccinated person was exposed, “the virus does not infect them” and “cannot then use that person to go anywhere else.” Those verbs ARE 100% definitive: ▪ "We KNOW..." ▪ "... the virus STOPS..." ▪ "... the virus DOES NOT INFECT them..." ▪ "... CANNOT then use that person to go anywhere else..." He wants to waste his time arguing that Rachel Maddow didn't insinuate "100%" effectiveness of the crap-cines, he can be my guest. But he should be uncontrollably laughed at for making that insinuation. On July 21, 2021, at a CNN town hall, Joe Biden himself said, “You’re not going to—you’re not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations.” Oh, I'm NOT? Sounds 100% definitive to me. So, this MFer can sit here and act like "Nobody was saying 100%...", in the same manner they told you that "Nobody forced you to take them", but the messaging and the real actions taken by major media outlets, the Biden AND Trump administrations, as well as practically EVERY employer and health facility across the world CLEARLY indicated otherwise.

Trump disappoints in many ways, but then he goes and does this…… and totally redeems himself! Lol not really, but it’s funny.

Talarico is a charlatan. He’ll say whatever he has to say to get elected.
"I oppose trans athletes playing in girls sports if it endangers safety or fairness." Democratic Senate nominee James Talarico is changing his tune on biological men in women's sports. Pressed by Fox News' @Brooketaylortv on where he stands, Talarico said he would oppose trans athletes competing in girls' sports if it poses a risk to safety and fairness — a notable shift for a candidate who once claimed there were "six" biological sexes and said "God is nonbinary." He has since said he knows there are two sexes and acknowledged some of his past comments "missed the mark." @TheStoryFNC
