Yes. There needs to be change. An AQ does not need to be in a play in game. Make an AQ no worse than an 11 seed. Play in games should be reserved for the last 8 teams to make the cut.

Allow all AQs to be seeded. Only at large teams play in first four. Two small schools to play each other to be 16 seed is dumb. Only way this gets better is two typical 16 seeds bump up to 15s. More UMBC and Farleighs please. Everything else is perfect.

The power 4 conferences at the next TV contract will kill the tournament. You have to expand and adjust now. Sankey and SEC are already on record about mid majors receiving less bids. If you don't expand power 4 will create their own "BCS like" tournament.
