Hi @onepeloton we have been messaging with your support team since June 4 about a tread that randomly shuts off & a rower with a shredded cable. Still have not even been able to schedule an appt. Each email takes days to respond & never moves the process along. What is going on??

Hey @VinnieTortorich adding to my home gym and am going to get a concept 2 rower at your advice. My workouts now are mostly running, spinning, push-ups, core work and kayaking on weekends. I see you preach rower a lot just not why you love it so much? Haven’t steered me wrong!

@VinnieTortorich wanted to say thank you. At a work dinner w/ people I had not seen in some time & peppered with questions on weight loss. Couldn’t believe “I avoid sugar and grains, eat a lot of meat & veggies & like to run” works. Still work to do but 340 on left 259 on right
