Can we keep cancer control and protect function? 4/ I3LUNG (Nat Med): explainable AI for choosing IO in NSCLC. AUC up to 0.77 in 2,396 patients, beating PD-L1, ECOG, NLR, LDH and LIPI. Prospective validation is next. 5/ PANXEON (Nat Med): miRNA + CA19-9 blood test reached 86.8% sensitivity for stage I–II PDAC in 1,785 individuals.
