There are about 1.5 cr Bangladeshi Hindus. GOI can come up with an agreement with Bangladesh to move all of them to India to a place that could be built as new city so there is no stress or concern for Indian population. Also compensate them based on their revenue record so they don't start from poverty, but from where they are. Bangladesh can also pay India some amount for taking away their pain and people they don't want. This will be win win for all. India should also then keep close watch that the people who immigrated is getting good attention, life and respect.
