We don’t ‘get projects built’ by passing laws.
We ‘get projects built’ by repealing them.
A year and a half ago, the media told you that Mark Carney had introduced a sweeping new law to get projects built.
All it built was a new government department that has still not approved a single new project.
Big talk. No results.
Now, the media is telling you that he is introducing a “sweeping new bill” to get things built. How many times will they hype up these grand announcements resulting in nothing?
