As close as a 1-for-1 swap with Sam Okuayinonu as it gets. Kareem played against the Rams in Week 17 last year with the Falcons, so there's no guesswork for Raheem Morris. Kareem made this play on 4th & 1 in the first quarter. I'd sign him for the celly alone.

The 49ers are signing OLB Khalid Kareem off the Falcons’ practice squad. He’s on his way to Melbourne ahead of their opener against the Rams. He’s 28, former Bengals draft pick who spent the last two years with Atlanta.

What’s the potential holdup to SF adding 1-2 of Leonard Floyd, Haason Reddick, Yetur Gross-Matos, Denico Autry to their 53 or practice squad considering their injuries, and would you still do it anyway despite any potential question marks/red flags with them?

would guess they wanna piece things together until Mykel gets back. I'd push the chips in the middle and swing for the fences if I'm making any kinda move. The vets you mentioned probably give you the same as a young practice squad guy. If you make a move, go out and get a "guy"
