Look at this chart. These are American residency programs. Red = foreign resident doctors. Grey = Americans. Some hospitals are almost 100% foreign. A lot of these doctors came in on visas. Some have been tied to fake credentials and USMLE cheating scandals. I pay the premiums. I wait months to be seen. Taxpayer-funded Medicare GME money(over $21 billion a year) is training these foreign doctors instead of Americans. And I DO NOT even trust these doctors ! Why should we keep funding this?

Illegal migrants cross the border and have children while in the country illegally. Their children have birthright citizenship and are immediately eligible for tens of thousands of dollars in annual benefits funded by US taxpayers. They get Medicaid, SNAP, free preschool and childcare, free education free school lunch. Their parents contribute nothing and leech off the benefits. In many cases, the parents commit other crimes or dangerous traffic violations. If you arrest the parents using their children to exploit US taxpayers and place the child with a relative or other caregiver, the Democrats call this “family separation.” If the parents take the children with them when they leave the country, they accuse you of deporting children. There is no acceptable solution for the Democrats except to allow illegal aliens who live on taxpayer funded benefits to stay in America and continue to be supported by your money while they breed the next generation of Democratic voters, transforming the electorate into the kind of third world populace that will elect James Talarico.
