Your chart: about 3,700 SC/ST Act cases closed as false in 2018, about 7,400 in 2022. Double in four years. In Feb 2020 the Supreme Court upheld Section 18A (Prathvi Raj Chauhan). The law stayed. The false cases grew. Who acts against those who filed them? #SCSTAct #GeneralCategory

There is no action against false complaints. If u have the money and influence u can hire a lawyer and fight after you are released! The money given to them for false cases also will not be taken back. This is a quick money plan given to them by @narendramodi
