One Jhansi family got ₹23 lakh in SC/ST Act relief. Allahabad HC had to order a UP-wide probe last month. For many offences the rules pay 25% at FIR, 50% at chargesheet. 75% paid before a single witness is heard. Guess why the queue keeps growing.

How False cases of 498A and grape have increased since 2018. The numbers are double than sc-st act false cases and these cases have destroyed more GC families than SC-ST act. women still get reservations and only-women institutions. Most of these cases are filed by GC women

The 2018 reversal came from Parliament with cross-party support: the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, Aug 2018, followed the March 2018 Subhash Mahajan ruling. And in Feb 2020 the Supreme Court itself upheld the amendment (Prithvi Raj Chauhan case), while keeping courts' power to quash false FIRs.
