1/ OpenWorld’s merger is complete.
The merger with VerifyMe closed on September 30, 2026. The combined company is OpenWorld, Inc., with Nasdaq trading under OPNW scheduled to begin October 1. [1]
2/ The ownership connections are disclosed.
The closing 8-K identifies Webslinger Holdings as legacy OpenWorld’s parent, holding approximately 45.2% before the merger.
Mosaic Capital’s July 15, 2026 Form ADV lists Webslinger, Luca Schnetzler (
@LucaNetz) , Michael Lee (
@CashBowie) and Lorenzo Del Monaco among its owners.
These records establish shared ownership interests in Mosaic. Luca’s control over OpenWorld has not been established. [1][2]
3/ OpenWorld and
@MosaicCap have a commercial agreement.
Under their December 2025 referral agreement, OpenWorld is entitled to 10% of the performance, management or service fees Mosaic receives from clients introduced by OpenWorld.
The arrangement covers non-U.S. clients outside the United States. The closing filing reports no payments under this agreement to date. [1]
4/ Abstract Foundation’s RWA agreement is documented.
OpenWorld disclosed a Collaboration, Joint Development and Go-to-Market Agreement with Abstract Foundation to develop and market an RWA tokenization platform meeting the security and regulatory requirements of major global markets. [3]
5/ The Saudi initiative explicitly references Abstract.
OpenWorld’s January announcement describes a Saudi RWA tokenization initiative using infrastructure introduced through its Abstract partnership.
The closing filing also identifies a regional RWA collaboration with mCloud Technologies Saudi Arabia.
The initiative is disclosed. Its commercial execution still needs to be demonstrated. [1][4]
6/ The JOLT connection progressed beyond the original LOI.
OpenWorld’s September 28 financial filing describes a services agreement with an independent Cayman foundation supporting JOLT’s financing program.
The broader financing remains conditional on final documentation and funding.
Separately,
@BlackRock Real Assets invested in JOLT in 2021. DLA Piper, which advised on that transaction, publicly documented the investment. [5][6]
These records give us a documented RWA strategy to evaluate.
The next questions are about execution: where the platform will run, what Abstract’s role will be, and how the existing community fits into that future. XP eligibility and allocation still require an explicit policy.
Since
@LucaNetz took over
@pudgypenguins, I’ve watched him face repeated waves of doubt and build a business that exceeded my expectations.
This moment feels familiar. The outcome is still open.
Could he deliver another turnaround for the community that stayed?🤔
I still believe he can.
Never underestimate
@LucaNetz.
Hope has sources. Doubt has reasons.
Still here. Asking for clarity. 🐧✳️
