I’ve grown my Threads account 608% in 90 days. My average engagement rate for Instagram videos about AI is 10%. So listen to me when I say this… One of the biggest mistakes that AI companies will make is over indexing on X as a distribution channel. It’s the same mistake the Crypto companies made, and then when they wanted to extend their distribution channels, it became hard. They were so out of touch with their communities. And in reality they had no product market fit for real. They had a Niche market fit, and “X audience market fit” if you will. Once you get validation on, X immediately start looking at other channels, I promise there are customers outside of this app lol

building in public is wild because i shouldn't be telling y'all all my business but i be telling y'all all my business so remember when i said Crash Out Diary had about 60,000 sessions? i was wrong.😐 we went back to the raw API data and the actual number is 190,955 AI sessions delivered. we were estimating based on tokens when we should have been counting actual requests. one request = one AI pep talk = one session. the math was off by 3x. What am I going to do with this information? Well, I'm going to cook harder than I've ever cooked before.

anthropic should add a simple feature to sync skills between claude chat, claude cowork and claude code and between teams i see how much people are struggling with this
