Federal prosecutors say 18-year-old Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud pledged allegiance to ISIS and allegedly planned to kill 30 to 60 people at an Oct. 24 event.
Authorities arrested Mohamud after he allegedly bought an AK-47 and 200 rounds of ammunition from an undercover FBI agent.
