Tell’em Duke! A bunch of cry babies man.

🇮🇳 REMEMBER THIS MAN: CAPTAIN SMIT MACHCHHAR. An Indian captain flying hundreds of people from Dubai to Tel Aviv was stabbed in his own cockpit. Wounded, bleeding, with the aircraft plunging thousands of feet, he fought back. Then passengers and crew did something extraordinary: They stormed the cockpit. They restrained the attacker. Other pilots took control. And that plane LANDED. Hundreds of families got their loved ones back today because ordinary people refused to freeze when everything went wrong. Captain Smit Machchhar — India and the whole WORLD should be proud of you. 🇮🇳 And to the passengers and crew who ran toward the danger instead of away from it: Heroes. Every single one of you. This is what courage looks like.

Woah BABY!!! Defense showed up when we needed them. There’s that big Derrick Harmon let’s go man!!!! STEELERS WIN!

The Los Angeles Dodgers put back $345 million dollars back into the MLB ecosystem for other teams who chose not to spend their money to receive theirs... Show me another industry where other owners of other competitive companies received roughly 35% of your Revenue simply to not spend their own... Those who pocketed that cash and didn't put it back into their teams are there true ruiners of baseball and if you disagree with that go cry to your participation trophies because we don't care...

This woke me up this am, a text from my uncle. “Everyone is complaining that baseball is broken because the Dodgers got Tarik Skubal.” Bruce Harper says it best here. I don’t remember people complaining about a needed salary cap in MLB when the Yankees were winning 4 World Series in five years between 1996-2000. But the Dodgers start winning World Series, which they had not won for 32 years, a span from 1988-2020, and now everyone wants a salary cap and is complaining. Thats called an East Coast Bias. 💯 It’s not the Dodgers fault, as Bryce says, that they have perfected everything. Their farm system is the best, their tv contract is the best, their players are the best and fit the mold they are looking for. They have one of the best stadiums and their tradition is right up there with the Yankees and Red Sox. The Tigers made a terrible trade. Zyhir Hope is just another Raul Mondesi/Yasiel Puig player. He wasn’t even in their top 3 rookie outfielders like De Paula, Tibbs and Sirota. And, River Ryan and Brady Smith have already both had Tommy John surgeries in their young careers. The Dodgers were thought to have at least given up Emmet Sheehan, a ready MLB pitcher AND the prospects. Nope! Every other team like the Yankees, Braves, Cubs, Brewers, Phillies and Red Sox could have made an offer, a better offer, but they chose not to. MLB doesn’t need a salary cap what they need is for Major League Baseball to take control of all the teams TV rights and then distribute the money from those deals evenly across baseball, not just a percentage, but evenly. It’s those TV contracts where you see the biggest disparity and that would take care of that disparity immediately. Don’t blame the Dodgers because they have perfected everything. Blame other teams for running a poor organization. I waited 32 years for this. I’ll enjoy it.

BREAKING: The Lakers are promoting South Bay Lakers coach Zach Guthrie to head of player development and assistant coach on JJ Redick’s staff per @ShamsCharania. RT TO CONGRATULATE ZACH 👏

🚨🚨🚨🚨Today the U.S. House passed the Sunshine Protection Act, advancing legislation that would make Daylight Saving Time permanent nationwide. This is the biggest legislative step this issue has taken in years but it is not law. The bill now moves to the U.S. Senate, where there is still an opportunity for it to be debated, amended, or rejected. If you care about health and circadian biology, this is the time to speak up. The scientific case against permanent DST has become increasingly strong: • Morning light is the most powerful signal for synchronizing the human circadian clock. • Permanent DST delays sunrise for much of the year, especially in winter, reducing exposure to morning light when our brains need it most. • Later sunrises are associated with chronic circadian misalignment, sleep loss, poorer mood, reduced alertness, and increased cardiometabolic risk. • Studies comparing western versus eastern portions of time zones consistently show worse health outcomes where people experience later sunrises despite sharing the same clock time. • The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and numerous sleep and circadian experts recommend permanent Standard Time, not permanent DST, as the option that best aligns with human biology. The argument for permanent DST is largely one of convenience and preference for lighter evenings. The argument for permanent Standard Time is one of physiology and public health. If you believe our laws should reflect the best available scientific evidence, now is the time to respectfully contact your U.S. Senators. Tell them that while ending the twice-yearly clock changes is a worthy goal, permanent Daylight Saving Time is not the healthiest solution. Ask them instead to support permanent Standard Time, which preserves the morning light our circadian system depends on. Please REPOST this. The Senate has not yet voted, and informed voices can still make a difference. @LeaderJohnThune is the Senate majority leader that will determine when this legislation comes to the Senate for debate. He should know how you feel.

Walker Kessler couldn’t keep from smiling, he been PRAYING to be a Laker I love it 😄😄🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

McCarthy gave me the chills with this answer on @AaronRodgers12 and what this year could be and I totally agree. Loved this conversation with the Steelers HC.

Thank you, Pittsburgh. 805,000 people attended the Draft. Beautiful display. Absolutely awesome people. All love. ❤️ @OmahaProd @ESPNNFL @PatMcAfeeShow @steelers
