This man had lost 6 police jobs in 4 years, had a record of abuse and 2 DUIs. He should not have been on any police force. Pass the George Floyd Bill. Create a National Police Misconduct Registry and FORCE them to keep it updated (unlike the one in New York).
The George Floyd Bill could have prevented the murder of Sonya Massey, who was fatally shot in the face by officer Sean Grayson. A National Police Misconduct Registry would stop abusive officers from moving between departments. It was rejected by all House @GOP leaders except 3.
