Open letter to Sony
You got ripped off by Pete Parson of Bungie in the biggest heist in gaming history. You paid $3.6 billion for a failing company.
You can do 2 things now. Punish everyone at Bungie for your mistake or go on the offensive to make your money back. This letter is about option 2.
You can make your money back and here is how. You need to monetize D2 better. I have over 10.000 hours in the game and built several multi-billion companies that controlled 4% of the Internet before the US Government shut them down, unlawfully.
You have nothing to lose at this point so hear me out. Monetization of D2 is shit. You have a large community and here is how you grow that community for Bungie to be profitable.
Add a marketplace for the best items in the game. Let users and content creators auction what they earn in-game.
Sell vault slots. Many gamers are horters. Let them pay for it.
Add items that are truly rare. Make the gaming experience more rewarding by limiting those special items.
Change the sandbox and allow Gamers to feel powerful.
Allow 3rd party developers to make commercial mods for D2 and acquire the best mods.
Make D3
Turn this bad investment into a winner. You will have some pushback from the community about ‘pay to win’ but having some criticism is much better than letting D2 die. Make content creators excited to play and promote D2 again and you will observe a steady increase in player numbers and income.

Told ya. D2 continues and the Destiny franchise has a future. Sony cleaned house, got rid of most Bungie employees, rehiring some as contractors, reducing cost. Most of Destiny will now be developed by AI. Less bugs, new game engine, more content, better cut scenes. Congrats.

Destiny 3 will be made. But first we have to get rid of most of the Bungie team. D3 will primarily be made with AI agents. The Destiny IP is still Bungie’s biggest asset. We won’t let it die. But we will bring the costs of the team down substantially.

US Terror coming to Russia.
The latest announcement by Zelenskyy that he would attack airports in Russia with drones is the brainchild of the CIA / Palantir in an effort to get the Russians to give up. Not only is this not going to work. Russia is winning the US proxy war.
It will rip the mask off of Zelenskyy and his Western backers. Terrorism is all they have left. We can only hope that Putin will resist the calls in Russia to strike Europe. WW3 is the consequence. My advice is to keep calm and show the world who the US and Zelenskyy really are.
