Japan also holds a special place in @KnightIntelco’s story. 🇯🇵🐎 It was the first market to give us meaningful institutional validation when Knight became a FIN/SUM finalist last February, selected from 100+ startups from around the world during Japan Fintech Week, at an event co-hosted by the JFSA and Nikkei. Hence, our engineering team is also based here in Tokyo! 🫶 So coming back months later and seeing conversations around digital identity, onchain finance, and cross-border infrastructure moving further into the institutional mainstream feels a little full circle. 🥹 Japan believed early. If there are Terms & Conditions, agreements, or other contractual provisions under which @knightintelco or its authorized representative agreed that creator fees generated using our IP would be administered by @PONSfamily or another party rather than paid directly to a wallet under our control, we request that those provisions be produced immediately. If such authorization exists, we are prepared to review it with our legal counsel. If it does not, we expect a clear explanation of the basis upon which these fees have been managed and routed since September 8. The relevant activity is recorded on public blockchain infrastructure. Transaction histories and fund movements are therefore independently verifiable, and members of the community have already been able to follow the associated onchain activity. @Knightintelco intends to resolve this matter professionally and through the appropriate channels. However, given the length of time these fees have remained unresolved, we expect this matter to be treated with immediate priority.
