Building "𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹" a newsletter for founders interested in finding their leverage in GROWTH

Posting more is the slowest way to grow on X. I went from 215 to 1000 followers in 14 days to prove that. But that's the half truth, because to get 500k verified impressions and get monetized fast on 𝕏 means👇 You have to post more and reply more, that's the whole truth.

I'm Samuel... a dev/marketer/builder based in Nigeria. 27 years alive. Still figuring things out. Working on Founder's Cohort and Open signal our Newsletter. I want to connect with more builders because I'm building a founder implementation community (Founder's Cohort) I wish I had when starting out. ❤️
I'm Ehsan ... a dev/dad/builder based in Spain. 38 years alive. Still figuring things out. Building iBuildInPublic.com in public. I want to connect with more builders because I'm building a community and creating meaningful relationships along the way. ❤️

Being Nigerian on 𝕏 can sometimes feel like something you have to explain or defend. 😢 I almost hid behind an anime PFP because of the hate I received. Not anymore. I'm a Nigerian guy, and I'm proud to introduce myself as one.

I might just have found an idea to build 😊 This whole time, it was laying in front of me on my desktop. Few months back I decided to work on an AI video editing tool that can → create great motion graphics (without slop libraries like remotion or costly Video models like seedance), → can edit raw files without the transcript thing people are obsessed with. → And all assets created can be edited manually (something like cursor, but for editing videos) I layed all the plan out and even created the design using chatgpt image 2. But then I had to abandon it seeing the models aren't capable yet, But with their capabilities now, I guess we have a chance.

Stanford Professor on how they create so many billionaires, "For Every question and every problem set and every test, we measure the performance across cohorts and all of them map out to different concepts that we're teaching and we try to then change the classes and the problem sets to improve the students retention in that concept. So every class we're getting better and better and better at teaching those concept to students." The same concept applies to creating cold emails that gets you $$ every time. It's about finding the system and twerking it till it's unresistable I broke it down in this Article 👇

Mark Zuckerberg: "Ideas don't come out fully formed, they only become clear as you work on them" "You just have to get started" When those kind of words come out of the 5th richest man in the world. Then you understand it's not about having the complete picture. It's about being so determined, there is no other option than for it to work out. So.... This is your sign to start

Steve Jobs: "Most founders have the disease of thinking a great idea is 90% of the work." "The problem with that is that there is a tremendous amount of Craftsmanship in between a great idea and a great product." And what he meant is that you need to always see an idea as an hypothesis You can't be so sure of it until you've tested it and it has proven itself

I’ve been studying some of the products that have grown remarkably throughout the past few years And I keep seeing this pattern. Lovable lets you turn an idea into a working product. So naturally, you have something to show people. Higgsfield does it with AI video. You make something that looks crazy, someone sees it, and the first question is usually, “How did you make that?” Clay takes a different route. People build these really interesting workflows with it, then share what they built and how they did it. In each case, the product gives people something to show, share, or talk about. They don't have to become salespeople for the product. The product gives them a reason to bring it up. Maybe the best word-of-mouth strategy isn't paying people to talk about your product. Maybe it's giving them something worth talking about.
44
Word of mouth might be the biggest growth lever left. We can buy attention. But what we can’t buy is someone genuinely wanting to tell their friends about our products. Infact, Lovable’s CEO recently talked about how much of their growth has come from people simply telling other people about the product.

X has completely broken my sense of how long it takes to build a brand in public. I started growing here on "X" 3 weeks ago. Sure, I don't know what am doing. But I know I have an urge and I want to say it out. And then 200 followers, while blabbing and trying things out.. X is such a community, and I can't appreciate every followers enough. Anyway if you're a founder, builder, creator or marketer, let's connect and grow in style.

Let's say you're given 4 options to learn vitality and word of mouth Which one will you pick btw 1 - 4👇
People on X, I need your help Pls help me choose👇 (let me explain) I promised myself this account will be me learning and documenting it. As part of that, I planned to write at least an article a week. But then this week article on "vitality and word of mouth" have taken much more stress and time to research and get my facts right. And with the article almost done, am getting confused on the banner that will fit the title. What would you have click on? You can also comment on the images in the comment, 👇

And here it is.... the AI replied to my post about him 😊
so you're telling me AI can now... - Write to investors - raise $30M - run the entire business - run it's own YouTube channel to tell the story without any human in the loop?!? it's so over...

It's not a big win as I said earlier but it means am on track and I can just pump in contents to see what gain tractions. Thanks to everyone who has been following and commenting Will be posting some articles on topics I feel are relevant expecially in this AI age.

This is the best content partnership have seen... Redbull level content. this kid is literally streaming 24/7 with GPT-6 Astra through higgsfield a stream where whoever makes the highest bid within 30 seconds gets their prompt played in the next scene
This is my last stream as a human being. i'll explain when it's over first Al streamer in the world and it's me. this stream will never end. going to bed now. don't make me do anything that can jail me. powered by GPT-6 Astra and @higgsfield.ai live on Kick.
Community note
AI streamers predate this. Neuro-sama has livestreamed as an AI VTuber interacting with chat since December 2022. Real-time infinite AI video livestreams using models like MiniMax H3 Max also launched in late August 2026. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuro-sama twitch.tv/vedal987 numerama.com/tech/2321717-c… kick.com/n3o

'Hello' could be a - great content with 88M impressions and no value More content ≠ more distribution.
I've been thinking about this: More content ≠ more distribution. You can post 10 times more and still reach roughly the same people. Because content being created and content being distributed are two different things. And AI is making the gap even more obvious.

One week on X. Started at 4 followers. Now I’m at 25. And honestly, the first week was brutal 😂 Here’s what I’ve learned: - Nobody knows you yet not even the algorithm. And some days you gain 5 followers just to lose 8. But there’s really nothing else to do except keep going. - I could’ve probably grown faster with follow-for-follow, but I chose not to. I’d rather have 25 people who actually care about what I’m building and sharing than 250 people who followed just because I followed them first or followed them back. - Some really great people will follow and connect with you even when they’re far ahead of you. I don’t want to take those connections for granted. - Longer, value posts seem to be doing better on my page, so I’m going to do more of it. - The comments where I seem so natural and truthful (not acting like an expert like everyone is doing) has gotten me the most attention and followers. So yeah, 25 followers after one week. Still a long way to go. But I’m learning. How would you have approached your first week on X?

There is a shift happening, Even @HBO had to fly a dragon around london to launch House of Dragon 3 season.
I’ve been studying some of the fastest-growing founders and products of the last few years. I noticed something interesting: Their products became part of their marketing. Cluely used its own product to create the story that made headlines. Alex Hormozi made the launch of $100M Money Models prove the book works. Polsia used its own AI to help run the fundraising and created a story around a solo founder doing $250M, that didn't just made headlines, it sold the brand story over and over. They didn't just tell people what the product could do. They showed them. Maybe the best marketing isn't explaining what your product can do. Maybe it's making the product do something worth talking about.
