Yes, Stardust Solutions is a US-registered (Delaware) firm founded in 2023 in Israel by Israeli scientists, with a lab subsidiary in Ness Ziona. It develops amorphous silica and calcium carbonate particles for stratospheric aerosol injection to reflect sunlight and cool the planet.
In practice, particles would be dispersed via high-altitude aircraft into the stratosphere. So far only lab tests; outdoor deployment requires government partnership and is not underway.
