The University of Delaware says it's too late for Jill Biden to complete the courses she needs to earn the doctorate she claims she already holds.
Under the school's academic code, credits must be earned within ten years of beginning the process, or they expire.
Biden's credits all expired years ago.
At 76, it's highly unlikely she'll be going back to campus anytime soon.

Obama: determined to prevent it.
Biden: Iran must never, never get one.
Then the tape went on.
Different speeches. Same result. Iran kept enriching, hid stockpiles, and walked closer to a bomb while Washington talked.
President Trump is treating it as a job, not a talking point. Strikes hit the facilities. Negotiations are being forced around inspections, downblending, and no weapons path, not another sunset deal that expires while the centrifuges keep spinning.
Talk is cheap. Follow-through is the part that was missing.
