Lots of great updates from the $LQWD spaces today: • Partnerships in the works. Sounds like at least one could be stablecoin related. • Project Arclight (to have AI fully run LQWD’s Lightning infrastructure) is being tested on its LQWD-South Korea and other smaller nodes before being rolled out across the entire network. LQWD would be the first to run its entire Lightning infrastructure this way at scale. One of the biggest issues with Lightning today is the amount of manual maintenance required, and Arclight is designed to solve this. This would be a huge catalyst for Lightning and LQWD. • Marketing campaign starts this month. The goal is to get the LQWD name out there and increase awareness and trading volume. • The new $100M shelf prospectus is simply replacing the previous $50M shelf, which expired. It gives them the ability to raise capital much faster when the right opportunities present themselves. • No unnecessary dilution. Management made it clear they will not dilute shareholders unless they believe it is accretive/beneficial. That is why they never used the ATM during the bear market.
