Resurfaced comments from Piker's livestream show him disparaging the SEALs and making fun of their deaths. "I think SEALs have to swim sometimes. Yeah like those two SEALs that tripped and fell off the f---ing ladder and died and drowned in the Red Sea," Piker said, laughing about the tragedy. "The only time Navy SEALs have to swim is when they're in a f---ing Osprey because you know that s--- is going down. Well they die anyway, but still."

CLANCY HOLDOUT JUROR I do not believe that note the jury foreperson sent to the judge claiming the lone holdout in the Lindsay Clancy trial was refusing to follow the law. Michael Desronvil’s attorney says his client never had reasonable doubt. He had “zero doubt” and what his attorney described as “a mountain of evidence” supporting his belief that Clancy knew exactly what she was doing. Desronvil himself has also said he never had doubts. Just imagine the pressure inside that jury room. For seven days, Desronvil was the one person holding out for a conviction while the other 11 wanted to find Clancy not criminally responsible. The more I hear from Desronvil and his attorney, the harder it is for me to accept that he simply refused to follow the law. It sounds to me like he reached his decision based on the evidence and refused to let the other 11 jurors persuade him to abandon it. See the link to the article in the comments.
