I will never talk down on Black people. I don’t care where you’re from. Haiti. Jamaica. Nigeria. America. Brazil. Anywhere. We have all had to survive systems that were never designed to make life easy for us. We can disagree. We can correct each other. But I will never tear down another Black community just to make mine look better. That kind of division does nothing for us.

D’Angelo is being remembered as "a true voice of soul" as tributes from Doja Cat, Missy Elliot and more music figures pour in after his death. Doja Cat: "A true voice of soul and inspiration to many brilliant artists of our generation and generations to come.” Missy Elliot: “Rest Peacefully D’Angelo. No parent want to see their children go but it’s painful for children to see their parents go to so send prayers up for his son who also lost his mom this year for strength.” Jill Scott: “I told you a long time ago-You ain’t gon understand everything & everything ain’t meant 4 U ,nor I, to understand. I never met D’Angelo but I love him, respect him, admire his gift. This loss HURTS!! Love to my family that are family to him. I’m so sorry. R.I.P. GENIUS.” Read more here: variety.com/2025/music/news/…

Feminists want to have - men's authority and resources, - women privileges - children's accountability.

The shut up dribble speech
To all the actors, musicians and other celebrities: We don’t give a fuck about your political views or ideologies. When I watch a movie, I’m trying to escape reality, not to be lectured by an actor who believes fame and money makes them morally superior. When I pay to attend a concert, I’m there for the music. If you stop the show to scream political slogans and demand that the audience repeat them, fuck right off. You’ve lost me as a fan. Celebrities seriously need to check their egos. You are not as important, influential or universally adored as you think you are. We love the characters you play and the music you create. That doesn’t mean we worship the person behind them. Entertain us. Spare us the sermon. Sorry. Not sorry.
