the humble MWII/MWIII tech that replaced the PS exclusive operators like Oni and Lockpick with default ones if you were playing on a different platform
This toggle required new tech that will only be available starting with Season 01.

Similar skin replacements existed before. PS exclusives like Oni showed as mil-sim on other platforms. Cel-shaded skins replaced by defaults on Haunting night maps. Shadow Siege forced Shadow Company uniforms on all.

what's preventing this from being a survival map? or any other MP map in the game really? genuinely, how is it that they can put the effort into visually tweaking the entire map but are unable to add a couple of zombie spawns and the zombies essentials?
