最近和一个多年没联系的大学同学聊了一下，惊讶地发现他现在正带团队做一个非常硬核的产品：Moli @LexmountAI，一个专门给 AI Agent 用的浏览器。
怎么理解呢？
我们平时使用的浏览器是围绕人设计的。人需要看见网页里的图片、动画，所以浏览器要一直计算页面布局、渲染画面，让人看得舒服。
但 AI Agent 执行大多数任务，只需要读取文字、分析 DOM、执行 JavaScript，或者填写表单。它根本不关心画面长什么样。
Moli 的思路，就是默认只处理网页结构和脚本。只有需要截图或者基于坐标点击时，才计算布局、生成像素，通过这种方式降低运行成本。
单独启动一个浏览器，省一点资源可能没什么感觉。但如果一个团队同时运行几百、几千个浏览器 Agent，用来抓取网页、做搜索、跑评测，规模上来以后，CPU 和内存就会直接影响并发量和云服务账单。
在他们公布的一组 benchmark 里，Moli 的 CPU 时间大约是 Chrome 的 15%，峰值内存大约是 13%。
当然，它目前的兼容性还没有达到 Chrome 的水平，不过这也是一个取舍吧，用更低的资源换取足够的兼容性。
当一个产品的使用者从人变成 AI，很多设计考量和产品形态都会发生变化。Agent Browser 或许会逐渐形成一个独立的品类。
