Pratt worked at U.S. Bank for a decade as VP of risk management & fraud prevention. U.S. Bank was fined 37.5 million by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for FRAUDULENTLY opening bank accounts without customer authorization during Pratt’s tenure. Pratt is a fraud on fraud.

New poll just dropped–and we’re beating Eric Pratt by double digits! TEAM LITTLE: 52% PRATT: 40% That’s a 12-point margin! And just to be clear, this was not some cheap, biased, push poll. This was a high-quality, in-depth poll of 500 likely voters conducted by Impact Research, one of the best political polling firms in the country, from September 9-13, 2026, with a 4.4% margin of error.   We’re winning because we’ve shown up and talked about real solutions to the issues that matter the most in CD2. High fertilizer and diesel costs, rampant healthcare premiums, and corrupt politicians using the federal government to line their own pockets. Enough is enough. CD2 has been getting the short end of the stick for too long. Eric Pratt doesn’t have a plan to stand up against Trump’s tariffs, the blatant fraud and corruption coming out of Washington, or the data centers big tech is pushing on your communities. But I do. Let’s win this election and get our politics centered back on what really matters: you and your family.

Eric Pratt was in the MN legislature while massive fraud occurred in Minnesota, did nothing to prevent it, and has no plan to stop fraud now. When Feeding Our Future started back in 2021, he chaired the powerful Jobs, Economic Growth, Finance, and Policy Committee and served on the Finance Committee. Either Eric Pratt knew about the ongoing fraud and did nothing, or didn’t know because he couldn’t see the warning signs, despite his career at U.S. Bank, which included serving as Vice President of Fraud Prevention. Even now, Eric Pratt doesn’t have a plan for preventing future fraud- see for yourself in the Access to Democracy Candidate Forum. But I do: 1.) Appoint independent watchdog agencies, 2.) Restore the cuts made at the federal and state levels to fraud prevention staff and inspectors general offices, 3.) Stop outsourcing and privatizing basic services so private companies aren’t incentivized to steal from government programs, 4.) Condition grants on robust fraud detection and prevention with dedicated staff, expert accounting, and an early warning system, 5.) Upgrade outdated computer systems that are preventing these departments from managing and monitoring these programs. We must fight fraud in Minnesota and in DC, and root out the culture of grift, corruption, and self-dealing that Trump has created.

CD2–early voting has started! You might have seen the news about mail-in ballots and the threats from the Trump administration. The good news: the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against Trump’s mail-in ballot interference, and MN Secretary of State Steve Simon says mail-in ballots in Minnesota are safe and secure.  But if you’re (understandably) still worried about your vote being counted, you’ve got three options: 1. Request your ballot, and drop it off in person at your nearest early voting location to be counted. 2. Save yourself the ballot request, and vote at your nearest early voting location. 3. Track your ballot via the Secretary of State’s website (mnvotes.org). You’ve got safe, secure early voting here in Minnesota– so let’s get out and vote!

Lindsay Isaacs, a 23-year-old Floridian, spent 13 days in jail, two weeks on bond, and had her car confiscated by police for 10 months after being misidentified by Flock cameras and their AI software. In an interview conducted by News Nation, Isaacs stated, “It was a nightmare I was living.” Investigators searched for the first Dodge Durango they found on Flock cameras in the area and pinned the crime on Isaacs. There are no safeguards or statutes regulating Flock, and no steps were taken to prevent something like this in the future.  Isaacs and her lawyer are arguing, “Defendants fabricated evidence of vehicle damage, swore to false statements in an affidavit for an arrest warrant, and at a bond/pretrial detention hearing, and ignored readily available exculpatory evidence.”  The CEO of Flock refused to comment about this specific instance, but he continued to push that we, as a country, need to pick safety and surveillance over privacy. Their ability to make up entire stories and evidence using AI poses new and frightening prospects for our justice system. People’s lives could be at risk due to Flock cameras and the ability to fabricate evidence and pin it on an individual. Washington can’t sit back– we must ban Flock cameras, and restore Americans' right to privacy. When I get to Washington, that’s exactly what I’ll do.
