We’re excited to partner with @Livermore_Lab (LLNL), whose tri-optic imaging payload will bring advanced optical capabilities to the mission.
The payload will image CAPSTONE 02’s companion spacecraft at ranges relevant to rendezvous and proximity operations, providing data supporting relative navigation. It will also observe the Moon, Earth, star fields, and distant solar-system objects to support mission imaging and navigation.
