Mike Davis outlines a U.S. statute already on the books that allows the federal government to STRIP citizenship obtained through fraud.
Under 8 U.S.C. Β§ 1453, citizenship can be revoked if it was obtained through:
-Fraudulent naturalization paperwork
-Concealment of material facts
-Willful misrepresentation
-Failure to meet legal naturalization requirements
Ilhan Omar appears to have violated every bit of her naturalization paperwork. DHS can strip her paperwork at any time legally and lawfully.

Regardless of whether she's a criminal or not, she has no business being anywhere near the levers of power in this country.
The single most important fact about the Ilhan Omar investigation is that it wouldnβt be possible without Democrats.
Joe Bidenβs administration opened the investigation.
The federal judge who signed off on the warrant was a Democrat who was appointed by Democrats who donated to Democrats.
They were involved at every level throughout the entire process.
No one can say this is a political investigation by Trump, because it wouldnβt have even happened without Democrats.
