I know there has been a lot of talk on here about that Kerry Katona video and a lot of nasty things said. I was told if you can’t say anything nice not to say anything but I will say I do like @LondonMoneyFS new watch 👍

Not over extending yourself in your 20's, 30's and 40's
Serious question: What's the secret to quitting your 9-5 in your 50s without having a Costco membership, buying rental properties, or driving a paid-off, used Toyota? I'm open to suggestions

I'll deal on 6.1% - i think its nearer 10%
People now expect 6.1% inflation over the next year. The Fed's target is 2%. Who's closer to the truth: the Fed or your grocery bill?

Looking forward to next weeks x spaces @BitcoinColl Had confirmation of how someone was able to use their Bitcoin holdings without selling to purchase a UK property. @LondonMoneyFS will be revealing how it was done. Small steps,as far from perfect, but a very good sign.

For some strange reason this reminded me that the @LondonMoneyFS Xmas do is only a few months away. Not sure what triggered the connection as people don’t get this dressed up 🤔
Looks like Rachel Zegler had one line too many before the Met Gala.

Being in your 50s is confusing... On paper, I'm 56. In my head, I'm 37. At a concert, I'm 25. After 9pm, I'm 87. Getting up off the floor, I'm 104. When someone pisses me off, I'm 14. But when an 80s song comes on... I'm 17, drunk in a field, and my mother thinks I'm at a sleepover… ✌🏼

Great read ✅
My piece in The Intermediary. Message: everyone working in moving industry makes more money when house prices ease because more people move home as it gets more affordable. So stop talking house prices up, like Lloyds still tried to in their latest HPI release. theintermediary.co.uk/2026/1…

£10,000,000 but you can never listen to an Ed Sheeran song again. Would you take it?

Your 2% mortgage is ending and you have to remortgage at 5%. If you can't afford the rise it's a you problem. You obviously bought a house you couldn't afford.
