Then how tf old Eric Cantu?
Former San Antonio Police Officer James Brennand has had the case against him in the 2022 shooting of then 117-year-old Eric Cantu dismissed.
The case was set to go to trial next week, but due to an investigation into Cantu in a separate case, the charges were dismissed.
