Very encouraging that the Government have listened to our calls for more support for the hospice sector.
But unless they scrap the N.I. tax hike on them, most hospices will still really struggle.
We must secure a long-term funding deal for hospices in 2025.

**SES WATER UPDATE as of 8:30pm**
SES now say they hope to restore supplies by lunchtime tomorrow.
They have also said they will open another new bottle station tomorrow morning in Cheam at St Paul’s Church, 15 Northey Avenue, Cheam SM2 7HS.

Glad to see a water collection point open in Cheam finally at Cheam Library, Church Rd, Sutton SM3 8QH.
This will remain open throughout the night for residents to collect water.
Please do share with neighbours, and I will continue to push SES for a permanent fix.

I have been informed by SES this afternoon of a fault at the Cheam Water Treatment Works that is leaving some facing complete loss of water supply.

Last night the BBC covered the crisis in A&E at St Helier Hospital.
I have had multiple meetings with ministers and the local NHS Trust since the election, with my most recent discussion with the Trust earlier this week.
St Helier Hospital is my number one priority. The fight for better services goes on.
