We absolutely love seeing the workflows our customers build on Lusha data. @hexagnindia showed us how they built a customized automated prospecting machine. Jigar Vora's growth automation workflow is simple: drop a brand name in Slack, and Lusha automatically finds the right decision-makers to trigger your sequences and update your CRM. The result? 20+ hours saved every single week. What’s the wildest workflow you’ve ever built with Lusha? 👇

When a contact leaves their company, you get to know. The email bounces, or the call goes nowhere. But when a contact gets promoted? Their email still works, their phone still rings, and the completely wrong sequence lands in their inbox - signaling that you're working with outdated data. Lusha’s latest data report detected 194,165 promotions in just the first five months of 2026. While departures might be the bigger problem by volume (outnumbering promotions 7.6 to 1), promotions are a silent pipeline killers you’ll never catch on your own. Here are 3 ways their job change becomes your problem:lusha.pulse.ly/zlzmqy5q8i

I just built an entire outbound campaign end to end in Claude Code. It handles sourcing companies, flagging buying signals, scoring accounts, finding contacts, and verifying emails. With Lusha's API powering nearly the whole workflow. Then I generated copy, launched the campaign, and synced everything back to the CRM. Here's the workflow: 1. SOURCE COMPANIES → Described my ICP in plain English → Lusha's API pulled every matching company: industry, size, region, revenue → No manual filtering, no exporting from three tabs → Output: a clean list of accounts that actually fit Your list stops being a guess and starts being a match. 2. BUYING SIGNALS → Lusha checked each account for live intent data → Flagged accounts showing real activity around what we sell → I knew who was warm before writing a single line → Timing built into the list, not bolted on after The right account at the wrong time still says no. This fixes the timing. 3. SCORE → Claude wrote the scoring logic once: fit plus intent → Every account scored and tiered automatically → Tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, the rest set aside → Clear rules, no AI guessing Write the rules once and every future list scores itself. 4. SOURCE CONTACTS → Prompt: "find decision makers at every tier 1 and tier 2 account" → Lusha returned the actual buyers, with direct dials → Seniority, title, and role attached → Straight to CSV, ready to enrich The same work you do across Sales Nav and a data tool, from one call. 5. ENRICH + VERIFY → Verified emails and direct dials in one pass → No waterfall across three providers → 95%+ accuracy, GDPR and CCPA compliant → Coverage I could trust before sending One verified pass beats a five-tool waterfall you have to babysit. 6. COPY → Claude pulled our copy framework with the winning templates → Matched the framework to the campaign type → Wrote the full sequence with personalization tokens → First name, company, signature, formatted for the sending tool Your best copy lives in the project and gets used every time, not lost in Google Docs. OUTCOME: → Campaign live in Lemlist (Instantly works the same way) → Every contact synced back to the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) → Sourcing, signals, scoring, enrichment, copy, campaign — one session The real unlocks for me: → Lusha's API is the data backbone the whole workflow runs on → One verified pass instead of stitching tools together → Signals mean I reach out at the right time, not just the right title → Everything lands in the CRM, nothing stranded in a spreadsheet It replaced: → Manual list building in Apollo → Stitching three enrichment tools into a waterfall → Guessing on timing with no signal data → Exporting and importing between four tabs to get one campaign live Lusha has a free plan, so you can wire up the first version without paying anything. Imagine building an end-to-end, automated outbound campaign in a single session. 🤯 @Kenny_GTM did exactly that using Claude Code and Lusha's API, completely replacing manual list building, tool stacking, and timing guesswork. Here is the exact workflow that handles everything from sourcing to launch: 1️⃣ SOURCE COMPANIES → Described his ICP in plain English → Lusha's API pulled every matching company: industry, size, region, revenue → Output: a clean list of accounts that actually fit 2️⃣ BUYING SIGNALS → Lusha checked each account for live intent data → Flagged accounts showing real activity around what we sell → He knew who was warm before writing a single line → This fixes the timing. 3️⃣ SCORE → Claude wrote the scoring logic once: fit plus intent → Every account scored and tiered automatically → Tier 1, tier 2, tier 3, the rest set aside 4️⃣ SOURCE CONTACTS → Prompt: "find decision makers at every tier 1 and tier 2 account" → Lusha returned the buyers, with direct dials → Seniority, title, and role attached 5️⃣ ENRICH + VERIFY → Verified emails and direct dials in one pass → 95%+ accuracy, GDPR and CCPA compliant → Coverage he could trust. Data you can build on. 6️⃣ COPY → Claude pulled his copy framework with the winning templates → Matched the framework to the campaign type → Wrote the full sequence with personalization tokens → First name, company, signature, formatted for the sending tool And then → Campaign went live → Every contact synced back to the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) → Sourcing, signals, scoring, enrichment, copy, campaign —all in one session Lusha's API is the data backbone the whole workflow runs on Sign up for free to build your first workflow now

Recently, we built a workflow for a client that saves them 20+ hours every week. The stack: Slack → Lusha → Smartlead → ClickUp → Slack They send a brand name on Slack. Lusha finds the right people → Smartlead handles the outreach + follow-ups → ClickUp gets updated → everything comes back to Slack. What used to mean hours of prospecting, data entry and follow-ups now starts with one message. 20+ hours saved every week. More outreach happening. More opportunities being created. And this is exactly why we like custom workflows. You don't always need another tool. Sometimes you need the tools you already use to work together.

Data quality used to be a sales ops problem. With agents making decisions automatically, it becomes an AI problem too

Your AI agent might be brilliant. But if you're feeding it rubbish data? Congrats. You've built a very expensive machine for making bad decisions faster. And I think this is the bit we're massively overlooking in the AI agent hype. Everyone is obsessed with: → smarter agents → better prompts → more automations → bigger AI stacks But none of that fixes bad data. An AI agent still needs to know: Who should I target? Which account actually matters? What signals should I pay attention to? Who is worth prioritizing right now? That's where Lusha is getting interesting. Instead of treating B2B data like one massive contact list, it's building two layers for agentic GTM. Lusha Search gives agents access to 300M+ profiles, 40M+ companies, verified contacts, firmographics, real-time business signals and enrichment. It can also work through API, MCP, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Clay and Make. Then there's Lusha Deep Intel. This is where it gets a bit clever. It learns from your ICP, customers, closed-won deals and patterns, then scores and prioritizes leads using ICP fit, signal strength and business context. So instead of your AI basically going: "Here are 10,000 people. Good luck xx." It can actually start understanding who deserves attention. And that opens up much better workflows: → finding net-new prospects conversationally → generating scored and ranked lookalike leads → using job changes and growth signals to trigger enrichment, CRM updates and outreach drafts That's the shift I think matters. We're moving from: AI + a giant database to: AI + verified data + context + signals Because the smartest agent in the world is still only as good as what you feed it.

We are going back to the 1990's with B2B sales right now. I can't be the only one seeing the shift where people are starting to get annoyed with the AI slop messages and buyers are carving real connection with sellers that they can trust. Which is leading back to the 90's when it was all about trust building and shaking hands in the person. How it used to be: - Spray and pray - Make 200 calls a day - Pitch and connect - Automate emails - Spam InMails Where it is going: - Face to face meetings - Going to more events - Creative outbound strategies - Handwritten notes - Direct mail The faster as a leader you can adopt the direction we are going within the marketplace the faster you will be able to execute
