FACT: If we had not done the symbolism of Naari Shakti and had sent Air Marshal AK Bharti, Rajiv Ghai & AN Pramod instead of Sofiya Qureshi & Vyomika Singh on the first day in press, India would have easily won the global narrative and information war.

These guys at that point of time were busy ensuring decimation of Pak terror and Air infrastructure. They came out to brief once task was done.

No ! It was the right move. Indian armed forces are not titpunjiyas like Pakistan, it was a great move to have Women officers and provide updates to the nation.

They are DGMO's of their respective forces. I think they were a little busy. You think they had 2 hours everyday to brief the press??!!😅

Nope ….if we had asked our media to be credible from the beginning we wouldn’t have lost the narrative

It’s not for the DGMO’s to give press briefings especially during a time when active conflict is underway: they would rather focus on the actual conflict rather than “narratives” on social media, which in any case are based on biases that don’t change. Cannot expect the Pakistani or even most of the “western” commentators to see things without their colored filters.

Before Global Symbolism, Indian Symbolism is necessary. Modi ji did the best step and everything was accurate.

Symbolism is important, Sofiya Qureshi & Vyomika Singh were apt choice to build the narrative, it showed us Indian how much the other countries in the world are insecure of Indian

Now these three men are expected to safeguard nation, be on top of their game, manage a robust fleet, army, prepare a war strategy, analyse all info and control global narrative too? Haha let’s cut them some slack.

What narrative war? Everyone who matters in this world know what India did to them. If you see the narrative going against India, it’s a case of not accepting the new realities, especially by the Western media. Two hoots to that. And move on. We have bigger things to achieve as a nation.

Unfortunately they were busy handling hundreds of drones. People who are directly involved in the operations will not talk until situation stabilises.

Exactly this is making you lose the narrative war. Instead of respecting and making effort of your good work, you start to showcase your prejudice.

Dear @PIB_India kindly ensure in the future only such firepower provides briefings when it comes to war. We don’t want to lose narrative for your choice candidates. We don’t need to show any group shakti, if you want to show nari shakti, then hire a professional firepower right wing female news anchor like Palki Sharma.

LC Querishi was confident in Hindi and had decent diction. WC Vyomika Singh seemed ill at ease, and had difficulty reading the script. It’s ok to do some PR but do it with confident professional spokespersons. Or maybe keep rotating every day for more PR.

No, west has not, is not and will never accept Indian capabilities. It is suicidal to their rhetorics and defense earnings. No matter what you do, western media will keep downplaying any achievements.

I do not agree.. That narrative is essential considering the name of the Operation and its background. This is next level and both are fine. Why do we always compare & make someone bad.. ? Both can co exist.

The lady officers were alright. It’s just that the media treated them as women and not as officers. Then their families started giving interviews. The entire thing turned into a circus.

I don't agree. India has always been a progressive nation and women have been at the forefront for centuries. Global narrative can be changed based on what further inputs are provided by our government.

I disagree. They are DGMO in their respective holds and doing a press would be a waste of their time and talent unless they have a significant statement to make like yesterday

Stupid reasoning, the reason why we dont win info war is not because generals spoke better(?), .. both are similar(may be few extra photos for SM trolls) US, China and Qatar has influence on global media and they don’t care about India’s opinion. Stop targeting Indians

Disagree, MEA & Defence have much more deeper understanding of the situation.Modiji idea also may be as it is symbolically match with Sindoor.Bad for Pak point of view that Indian female soliders are enough for them. 2nd, it allowed Pak to broadcast false data ,then final nail.
